Interview:

We appreciate your interest in Zeal! If chosen to move forward, your next step is to complete a 10-question video interview. A link will be emailed to you.

A video interview is a great way to present yourself to your future employer, showcase your experiences and skills, and get to know Zeal a little bit better. We want to learn more about you, so relax and be yourself!

Assessment Testing:

Along with the video interview, we’ll email you a link to complete a Behavioral Assessment through Predictive Index. We are excited to partner with Predictive Index, as we believe job fit is foundational for performance and engagement. To that end, we ask all qualified candidates to complete a Behavioral Assessment as part of our selection process. The data from this assessment is considered along with all other candidate information to create a clear picture of each candidate’s fits and gaps relative to the requirements of the position. If chosen, please set aside 10 uninterrupted minutes to complete the assessment.

Notification:

Once you’ve complete the video interview and behavioral assessment and are chosen to move forward, a talent expert will reach out to you to finalize the candidate process.

Our talent experts work hard to fit the right person with the right role. On our job postings, we try our best to provide as much information about the role, functions and qualifications. We do receive a high volume of applicants daily, which may delay a quick response back. We encourage you to be patient and monitor the email that you put on your application. We do most of our communication and updates through email.

What should I have on my resume? We hire individuals who embrace change, support one another and are passionate about what they do! What better way to showcase who you are than on your resume. Your resume should reflect your experiences, accomplishments and skillsets that you can potentially bring to Zeal. Below are some tips that will help you land your dream job!

Keep It Simple: Make resumes easy to read for the talent expert; we take our time to look and assess your skills and interests. Keep it consistent and maintain a clear focus.

Include Position Detail: Focus your resume on your roles and responsibilities and what your accomplishments were while working in that position. Adding detail helps our talent experts understand why you might be a great fit for the position.

Use Keywords: Scan the job description and see if you can incorporate any words that tie in with your skills and experiences. Using action verbs such as “improved”, “designed “or “collaborated” helps describe your professional skills and experiences in a concise and powerful way.

Proofread, Proofread, Proofread: Make sure your resume is free and clear of typos, double check your spelling and grammar and even triple check by asking a friend or family member to proofread it for you.

What if I have never done a video interview before?

What can I expect? Video interviews are a great way to get to know a candidate in an effective and fun way! We can gain insights into our candidates in far less time and the video interview gives candidates an opportunity to answer questions in their own time with multiple attempts. We use the company SparkHire to conduct our one-way video interview.
