No, we do not offer money orders.

What should I do if my ATM or debit card is lost or stolen?

If your card has been lost or stolen during Zeal Credit Union call center business hours (Monday-Friday, 8 am – 6 pm), please contact Member Services at 800-321-8570, extension 7400 immediately to complete a report and place a capture on the card.

If you are calling about a Visa debit card after-hours, please call 888-241-2510.

Please contact Member Services the next business day to have a new card ordered and your transaction history reviewed.

How do I set up Visa Purchase Alerts?

Visa Purchase Alerts allow you to receive real-time text or email alerts every time your Visa card is used to make a purchase. Staying aware of your account will help make sure your account activity is accurate and that youā€™re quickly notified of unauthorized transactions.

Payments: If you have a transaction on your outside account with this information (Zeal Payments 800-432-1212), please note that it is not a payment made to Zeal Credit Union. This could be fraud on your account and if you do not recognize it, it should be disputed through your financial institution.

How can I get a copy of my account statement?

If you have enrolled for eStatements, to access your online statement, sign on to Online Banking and select eStatements under the Additional Services menu. Click on the name of the month to view the statement.

From our app, select eStatements under the More menu.

To enroll for eStatements, sign on to Online Banking and select eStatements from the Secure Forms menu. Read the E-Statement Disclosure Agreement and enter your name, email address, and the last four digits of your Social Security number. 

From our app, sign on and select eStatements under the “more” menu.

When you sign up for eStatements, you will no longer receive a paper statement in the mail. You will receive an email notification at the beginning of the month when your statement is ready to be viewed. eStatements are available for an 18-month period beginning with the month of enrollment.  Past statements are not able to be provided electronically. If you have not yet done so, sign up for Online Banking or Mobile Banking today! Statement copies can also be requested at any branch or by calling Member Services at 800-321-8570, ext. 7400, Monday – Friday, 8am – 6pm.

How can I change my Personal Identification Number (PIN)?

For new or existing ATM cardholders, you can change your PIN by calling 800-503-9249 and entering the reference number printed on your PIN notification form. For new or existing Visa Debit cardholders, you can change your PIN by calling 866-762-0558 or visiting any of our Zeal branch locations.
