MyCardInfo Access

For increased security, as of May 1, 2022, members will only be able to access their Visa® Credit Card MyCardInfo account online through their Online Banking login.

If you are already registered for Online Banking:

To access your credit card account information, log in to Online or Mobile Banking and select your Visa® Platinum or Visa® Classic listed under your accounts. You can also access MyCardInfo through the top navigation bar by selecting ‘Additional Services’ and then ‘Visa Account Access’.

If you receive an error message to contact the Credit Union, it means you do not have an email address on file with Zeal or the date of birth or last name you entered do not match our records. Please complete and return this form with a clear copy of your driver’s license to Zeal Credit Union to update your email address and complete the registration process. You will receive an email from Zeal once your registration is approved and complete. If you do not receive an email within 2 business days, please call Member Services at 800-321-8570 x7400.
