What is the Routing Number for Zeal Credit Union?
Zeal’s routing number is listed in the header (top of page) and footer (bottom of page) throughout ZealCU.org. Please use the following Routing Number: 272477694
Can I withdraw money while traveling out of state?
Absolutely! For a list of in-network ATMs, click here. Or click here to find a shared branch near your location.
Do you offer Money Orders?
No, we do not offer Money Orders.
Card Related:
What should I do if my ATM or Debit Card is lost or stolen?
If your card has been lost or stolen during business hours (Monday-Friday, 8am-6pm EST), please contact our Member Services team at 800-321-8570 (x7400) immediately to complete a report and place a hold on your card.
If your Visa Debit Card has been lost/stolen after hours, please call Visa directly at 888-241-2510. After, please contact Member Services the next business day to have a new card ordered and your transaction history reviewed for errors.
How do I set up Visa Purchase Alerts?
Visa Purchase Alerts allow you to receive real-time text or email alerts each time your Visa card is used to make a purchase. Staying aware of your account will help to ensure all account activity is accurate and that you’re quickly notified of unauthorized transactions. How do I set up Card Controls (Visa Alerts, Turning On/Off Visa Debit or Credit Cards, etc)?

How can I order a Replacement ATM Visa Debit Card?
To order a replacement card, visit your local branch or reach out during business hours (Monday-Friday, 8am-6pm EST) to 800-321-8570.
How can I change my Personal Identification Number (PIN)?
For new and existing ATM cardholders, you can change your PIN by calling (800)503-9249 and entering the reference number printed on your PIN notification form.
For new or existing Visa Debit cardholders, you can change your PIN by calling (866)762-0558 or visiting any of our Zeal branch locations.
Online/Mobile Banking and Statement Related:
How do I sign up for Online/Mobile Banking?
If you have not already done so, sign up for Online or Mobile Banking by selecting “Enroll in Online Banking” on the login screen and following the steps as indicated. Run into a speedbump? Reach out during business hours (Monday – Friday, 8am – 6pm EST) to 800-321-8570.
How can I get a copy of my Account Statement?
If you are enrolled in eStatements, you can easily access your statement online by signing into your Online Banking account. Once logged in, select “eStatements” under the “Additional Services” menu. Simply click on the name of the month to view that statement.
If viewing on the Mobile Banking App, “eStatements” can be found under the “More” menu.
Statement copies can also be requested at any branch or by calling Member Services at 800-321-8570 during business hours (Monday – Friday, 8am – 6pm EST)
How do I sign up for eStatements?
To enroll in eStatements, sign into your Online Banking and select “eStatements” from the “Secure Forms” menu. Review the eStatement Disclosure Agreement and enter your name, email address, and the last four digits of your Social Security number to enroll.
If in the Mobile Banking App, this process can be found under the “More” menu.
*When you sign up for eStatements, you will no longer receive a paper statement in the mail. You will receive an email notification at the beginning of the month (when your statement is ready to be viewed). eStatements are available for an 18-month period beginning with the month of enrollment. Past statements are not able to be provided electronically.

I see a transaction on my external bank account that says “Zeal Payments 800-432-1212” – is this real?
NO! Please note that the above phone number is NOT associated with Zeal Credit Union or our payment department. This could be FRAUD on your account. If you do not recognize the amount and information listed, it should be disputed through your external financial institution.
