Mid-July, we’re officially upgrading Zeal’s digital banking platform to better serve you. With this change, your digital banking interface has become more intuitive, highly customizable, and offers new features that will streamline your banking experience – making it easier for you to access the features you need, when you need them, within the online banking portal you already know and love.

Here’s What’s New:

  • The experience is consistent, modern, and intuitive.
    • Enjoy consistency across online banking and the mobile app, including how you sign on.
  • Important information is front and center with essential tasks just a click away.
    • Quick view of the five most recent transactions in each account
    • Important messages are also displayed upfront, with the option to click for additional details.
    • See due dates, past due information, access statements, make a payment, or complete a transfer directly from the top-right widgets (no digging required!)
  • A customizable homepage – personalized to you.
    • Control which features appear on your homepage by adding widgets to your “favorites.”
    • Collapse, expand, favorite, and reorder your homepage to create an experience that shows you what you need (and not what you don’t!)
    • Don’t go by your legal name? No worries! Customizing your unique greeting is just a few clicks away

What are the minimum browser and app requirements to see the upgraded digital banking experience?

The minimum app requirement is “2025.02” and the minimum browsers and operating system support are Safari 15.x, Safari 16.x, Safari 17.6, and newer.

When can I start utilizing the new digital banking updates?

The new digital banking updates will go live in mid-July. If you’ve signed up for Zeal’s emails, you will get an email notifying you when the update is live. Then, simply log in to your account via a computer or make sure your digital banking app has been updated in the App Store to explore the changes on the go.

I’ve already created custom nicknames for my saving and checking accounts – will they still be in place?

Yes! Custom account nicknames should still be in place from the original digital banking platform.

The greeting at the top of my digital banking is a name I don’t go by. Can I switch it to my nickname?

Absolutely! You can change your greeting name to anything you’d like, including nicknames and chosen names. You can even add titles! Simply select “Home Screen Settings” to change your greeting or rearrange your home screen widgets. Changing your name on either web or mobile will change it across both platforms.

How do I rearrange my homepage layout and collapse/expand sections to better suit my needs?

Great question! You can collapse or expand sections of your home screen by clicking the triangle icon beside the account you would like to see or hide. To rearrange your homepage layout, simply select “Home Screen Settings.” Under “Widget Wallet,” you can drag and drop the items by using the “=” icons to the left of each widget name. Make sure to click “save” when you’re complete.
